"I like the interaction with the other interns. They're my roomates. One of them is from Germany, another one is from Holland, one's from Spain. I'm actually learning a little Spanish."

Internships
At Bayer, an internship means responsibility, accountability, hard work, knowledge, and confidence.
From auditor to Plastics engineer, take a summer job that means something. You will be part of the action, learning and contributing in real life projects, in real ways. Be involved in the marketing of a new product; do research on the cure for the common cold; help plan a new manufacturing line. These internships serve as an important extension of your college education. Taking what you've learned in school and applying that practically is a winning one-two combination that will help land you the job you have always wanted, and contributes directly to the company's bottomline.
To qualify for a Bayer internship, you'll need to have completed at least your freshman year in college and have a minimum 3.0 GPA.
